Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of argument, it is submitted that there is no correction of the mutation record even after passing of order by the competent authority in disposal of Settlement Revision Petition Case No.76 of 2011. Petitioner alleges his several attempts have failed in bringing due correction in the mutation record and the Petitioner at this time has no other option than to trouble this Court. This Court also records the submission of Mr.Ghosh, learned State Counsel in the event there is order of the competent authority, there is no prevention in bringing out necessary correction in the Record of Right that shall be however subject to the condition that there is no deviation of order at Annexure-3 in the meantime by any higher forum. 3.
Considering the rival contentions of the Parties and on perusal of the development through Annexure-3, this Court while finds satisfied with the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, disposing of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Jaleswaar-
// 2 // Opposite Party No.2 to work out the direction of the competent authority vide Annexure-3 by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. This order is however be complied subject to satisfaction of the Tahasildar, Jaleswar that the order at Annexure-3 is in operation and not modified by higher forum. 4.
The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
