1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a prayer to quash the impugned notice dated 06.12.2021 issued by the Tahasildar, Remuna under Annexure-2 and to direct the Opposite Parties to recalculate the security deposits to be made by the Petitioner.

3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to the Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-3, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-3, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
