Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict the petitioners from RMC Shop Room Nos.6 and 13.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 and direction be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
