Considering the representation on the selfsame issue at the instance of the Petitioners is pending for consideration of O.P.2 at Annexure-3, O.P.2 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same also keeping in view the plea taken in the Writ Petition and through documents appended thereto therein by working it out within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected. 4.
