This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider his representation dated 26.07.2022 as at Annexure-5 to the writ petition and regularize his service as Executive Officer in Shree Chandra Sekhar, Balunkeswar Vyasamuni and other deities at Ved Vyas, Rourkela, District-Sundargarh.

The only grievance of the present Petitioner in this writ petition is that he has approached the Opposite Party No.3 by filing a representation indicating his grievance therein, but the same has not been considered promptly by the said Opposite Party. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition by directing the Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 to the writ petition in accordance with law as

// 2 // expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Petitioner is directed to approach the authority along with the certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
