Petitioner in reference to development in Annexure-6 alleges, even though direction therein was issued on 01.12.2018, however, there is no preparation of Record of Rights accordingly. 2.

This Court in disposal of Writ Petition observes, provided there is no lawful impediment in working out such order as of now, Opposite Party No. 3 is directed to work out the direction in Annexure-6 by completing entire exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
