Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that the notice contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. has been issued to the petitioner and he has complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with the case.
In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
