The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Byree P.S. Case No.189 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/353/294/186/34 IPC have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard.

It appears that earlier the Petitioners approached this Court in ABLAPL No.14467 of 2021, which was disposed of by this Court on 01.12.2021 as withdrawn. Now the Petitioners have come to this Court seeking a direction to surrender and move an application for bail before the court in seisin over the matter. 5.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to allow such prayer of the Petitioners. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.
