Considering the representation on the selfsame issue at the instance of the Petitioners is pending for consideration of O.P.3 at Annexure-5, O.P.3 is directed to take a lawful decision on the same also keeping in view the plea taken in the Writ Petition and through documents incorporated therein by working it out within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
