This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

As a complaint vide Annexure-3 appears to be pending before the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Balasore-opposite party no.2 involving corruption against the President and Secretary of a Women SHG, in the event of pendency of such application before the Collector & District Magistrate, Balasore-opposite party no.2, the Collector & District Magistrate, Balasore-opposite party no.2 is directed to take into consideration the allegation involving Annexure3 and take decision, as appropriate, but however involving the parties likely to be affected by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. 4.

With this observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
