Heard Ms. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department and Mr. P.Chuli, learned counsel for opposite parties 3 and 4.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of suspension dated 19.08.2019 under Annexure-12 as well as the order of termination under Annexure-17.

Since the order of termination has been challenged by the petitioner in this writ petition, in view of Section 10-A of the Orissa Education Act, the writ petition is not maintainable. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority under Section 10-A of the Orissa Education Act.
