This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
On instruction, Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing counsel submits that in the meantime, complaint under Annexure-3 has been registered as Jajpur P.S. Case No.5 dated 06.01.2022 under Sections 294/323/447/506/34 I.P.C. read with Section 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.
Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
