Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 8th December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3866 of 2022. 2.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Nayagarh on or before 10th February, 2023 in connection with T.R. No. 35 of 2020 corresponding to Ranpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2013 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 8th December, 2022 in CRLMC No.3866 of 2022. Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered.
