Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the order dated 23rd December, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 3868 of 2022. 3.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned JMFC (Cog), Kendrapara instead of learned SDJM, Kendrapara in compliance of the Court's direction dated 23rd December, 2022 in CRLMC No. 3868 of 2022. Furthermore, the petitioner is allowed to surrender within the extended period which shall be on or before 28th February, 2023 in compliance of the direction, as above.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
