Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.558 of 2021 arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.392 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for alleged commission of offences under section 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that he has received the case diary which shows that six

// 2 // persons have already been taken into judicial custody in connection with this case but there is absolutely no material on record against the petitioner and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in connection with this case.

In view of such submission, the ABLAPL stands disposed.
