1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s. 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 498-A/302/304-B/201/34 of IPC and Section-4 of D.P Act.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present Petitioners are no way connected with the crime and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the present Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent stand to their credit.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, nature of allegations, the circumstances appearing and the seriousness and gravity of the offences, while this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that in the event the

// 2 // Petitioners surrender and move for bail in connection with Satyabadi P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.475 of 2018 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C-II (CogII)., Puri within a period of three weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, with further conditions that the Petitioners shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case; shall not threaten, intimidate or terrorize the Informant; shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever. Violation of any of the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

5. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
