This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

As a last chance, four weeks time is granted to the contemnor to comply with the order passed by the learned Tribunal and the same has also been confirmed by the division Bench of this Court failing which the Contemnor shall be liable to be proceeded with under the contempt's of Court Act by holding that he has deliberately violated this Court's order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
