This is an application for extension of time granted by this Court to file an application under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C vide order dated 26th April, 2022 by which the RPFAM was disposed of.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Petitioner could not comply with the direction made in the order dated 26th April, 2022 by filing an application under Section 126 (2) Cr.P.C. within a period of three weeks from that date. He, therefore, prays for extension of time to comply with the said direction. 5.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the I.A. is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioner files an application under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. by 18th July, 2022, learned Judge, Family Court,

// 2 // Jeypore shall proceed with the matter in accordance with the direction made in the order dated 26th April, 2022. 6.

It is made clear that no petition of such nature shall be entertained in future.
