Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Perused the impugned order. From the impugned order, it clearly discloses that disposal of land dispute without involving the Petitioner as clearly borne out from Annexure-4. It is only on this ground, this Court interferes in the order dated 18.3.2013, vide Annexure-4 and sets aside the same for fresh consideration. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Competent Authority, O.P.5 with his objection within a period of ten days and get the date of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. 3.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
