This Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "Therefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this Writ Petition, issue rule Nisi for calling upon Opp. Party Nos. 2 & 3 for show cause as to why the direction will not be issued for early disposal of the representation. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to make its rule absolute if the said Opp. Parties fail to submit sufficient cause or show insufficient cause and after hearing from the parties, this Hon'ble Court may direct in the Writ of Mandamus to the Opp. Party No. 2 to dispose of the representation under Annexure-2 with an early date by providing adequate opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner for the interest of justice and equity."

On the selfsame issue, it appears, an application at the instance of the Petitioner dated 29.11.2022 vide Annexure-1 is pending consideration before B.D.O., Khaira-O.P. No. 3. For pendency of such issue before the competent Authority, this Court in disposal of Writ Petition directs the O.P. No. 3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner
// 2 // vide Annexure-1 and take lawful decision on the same, if necessary, also involving Party likely to be affected within a period of three weeks.
