Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing, there is no dispute at Bar that the case involved single allottee through discretionary quota and there is already resolving of such issue, in disposal of Writ Petition (W.P.(C) No. 5274 of 2022). There is also no dispute that the Petitioner's case can be considered in the light of direction in the above case. 3.

In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the matter directing the Cuttack Development Authority, O.P.2 to take a decision on the request of the Petitioner but however dependent on the order of this Court in disposed of W.P.(C) No 5274 of 2022 and the development on this aspect taken note herein above by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
