This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 4th November, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the SubRegistrar, Konisi-Opposite Party No.4 in Refusal Case No.1 of 2022, whereby he refused to register the sale deed presented by the Petitioner on 24th August, 2021.

Since the Petitioner has remedy of appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
