These matters are taken up through virtual/physical Order No.

This order shall dispose of the aforesaid CONTC No.7376 of 2021 along with fifteen connected cases*i as they emerged out of similar orders passed by this Court. 3.

It is claimed that in all the aforesaid contempts, the amount of enhanced compensation awarded by the Authority (reference court) under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, have not been released till now in spite of clear-cut directions passed by this Court.

Upon notice Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate has appeared and states that the amounts of enhanced compensation to be paid to the petitioner has already been ascertained and forwarded for

// 2 // sanction and disbursement to the Competent Authority, he further states that the amounts due shall be disbursed to the petitioner within two months from today.

In view of the stand of the contemnors as projected through their counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection for disposal of the present contempts. 6.

In view of the aforesaid agreed stand, the present Contempt Petitions are disposed of with a positive direction to the authorities concerned for disbursement of the amounts of enhanced compensation found due to be paid to the petitioner(s) within two months from today, failing which no further time shall be granted and contempt proceedings would be initiated at the instance of the petitioners upon making of proper application for revival of the present Contempt Petitions.

7. Registry is directed to attach the photocopy of this order in all connected cases.
