None appears for the petitioner at the time of call and several adjournments have been taken on behalf of the petitioner. The bail application is pending since 11.12.2021 seeking grant of bail to the petitioner for commission offence U/S. 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act on the allegation involving commercial quantity of contraband Ganja. 3.

In view of the aforesaid and especially when none appears for the petitioner to move the bail application today, the BLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
