The Petitioner claiming himself to be a harassed borrower has prayed for a direction to the Banking Ombudsman for registering a complaint Under Clauses 8 and 12 of the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 against the officials of Karur Vysya Bank, Bajrakabati Road, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3). 3.
At the time of hearing, an additional affidavit of the petitioner has been filed, whereas it is admitted that after the filing of the writ, the aforesaid complaint has been registered by the Ombudsman, bearing compliant No. N202122003006903. As such it is conceded that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present writ.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

It is hoped that the Banking Ombudsman shall endeavour to deal and dispose of the complaint in accordance with law expeditiously.
