Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to disburse the provisional pension, provisional gratuity and GPF to the petitioner forthwith.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representations to opposite party no.3 vide Annexures-7, 8 and 9 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3
to consider the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexures-7, 8 and 9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
