Petitioner has made the following prayer :

"

PRAYER It is therefore prayed that this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application, issue notice to the opp. Parties and to dispose of the representation vide annexure-4 series with a direction to the opp. Parties more particularly opp. Parties no-2 and 4 to prevent the illegal construction work of AWC building in different private land and stop the sanctioned bill amount of Rs-5,00,000/- and recover the sanctioned bill amount from Madhusmita Puhan and constructed work of AWC building will be started in plot no-4077 vide khata no-1183 of village Gud 9Ranitikiri) under mauza Sudarshanpur, Tahasil-Basudevpur."

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to

// 2 // consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4(series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
