This writ petition involves inclusion of name in the voter list so far as Baragarh District is concerned. For the observation of this Court already made in W.P.(C) No.40867 of 2021, this Court finds, nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further. It is further observed that for the final publication of the voter list, there is no possibility of interfering in such publication at this moment.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
