Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner wife. He had moved the petition on 21st January 2022. Following order was made.
"1.
Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner-wife and submits, his client had filed for interim maintenance in Women's Court, Jagatsinghpur. Opposite party-husband thereafter filed for divorce in the family Court, Jajpur. Latter Court is 120 km. away from Jagatsingjpur.

Issue notice along with copy of this order on opposite party. Petitioner will put requisites. 3.
List on 4th February, 2022."
Track record has been filed confirming postal item delivery to addressee, being opposite party-husband. None appears on his behalf.

Petitioner wife is staying away from her marital home. She wants the divorce case filed by her husband (opposite party) to be transferred, for it to be convenient for her to contest the same. No ground opposing the transfer is before Court since opposite party goes unrepresented in spite of notice.

Civil Proceeding no.340 of 2021 pending in Family Court, Jajpur be transferred to Family Court, Jagatsinghpur. The transferee Court will renumber and register the case and resume the proceeding, upon causing notice to be served on opposite party-husband. 4.
The petition is disposed of.
