Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners based on a direction of the Competent Authority, vide Annexure-2 seeks a direction from this Court to the Competent Authority to work out the direction involving final portion of the order dated 11.06.2018 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Balasore in Settlement Revision Case No.922 of 2016.

Hearing the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the counter submission of Mr.Mishra, learned AGA,

// 2 // this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event there is no challenge to the final order in the Settlement Revision Case No.922 of 2016 and that there is no stay operation of such order by the higher forum as on date, the direction contained in the impugned order may be worked out by the Tahasildar, Dhamnagar, O.P.4 by completing entire exercise within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
