Grievance of the Petitioner in this Contempt Application is with regard to non-compliance of order dated 1st July, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.15223 of 2021. 3.

Show cause affidavit has been filed by the Tahasildar, Marshaghai stating that Demarcation Case No.17 of 2021 was posted to 11th March, 2022. Further, in the meantime, said Demarcation Case has already been disposed of in compliance of order dated 1st July, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.15223 of 2021.

Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner also concedes the above submission.

In that view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
