1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that though there are two Petitioners, in the order dated 24th February, 2022 bail has been granted only to one Petitioner, as a result of which the Petitioner No.2 has not been released on bail as yet.

4. Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed. Let the Petitioner No.2 (Kamlesh Kumar) be release on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in connection with P.R. No.26/2021-22 corresponding to T.R. Case No.90/2021.

5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
