Heard Mr. P.C. Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4-Chief Engineer, Plan Roads, Rural Works, Odisha to take a decision as per recommendation of opposite party no.7-Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division, Bolangir, vide letter dated 06.09.2022 under Annexure-5 for allotment of funds towards price escalation for the work Construction of HL Bridge over river Sonegarh at 2nd Km on Sikuan to Arda in the district of Bolangir within a stipulated period.

Since the claim of the petitioner has been recommended by opposite party no.7, vide letter dated 06.09.2022 under Annexure5, this Court directs opposite party no.4-Chief Engineer, Plan Roads, Rural Works, Odisha to take a decision on the basis of recommendation made within a period of three months from the

date of communication/production of this order. 5.

With the above observation & direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
