This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore prayed that for the interest of justice this Hon'ble court would be graciously pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Opp. Parties especially Opp. Party Nos.3 to 4 to release arrear/current remuneration of the petitioner w.e.f. 22.12.2021 as Pump Operator of Pump House of Andhari G.P. under Korei Block following the Govt. Guidelines as at Annexure-2, 3 series & 4 series. And any other relief(s) which you lorships deem just and proper;"

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that although the petitioner has filed representation dated 08.06.2022 under Annexure-6 series before the Collector, Jajpur-Opposite Party No.2, the same is still pending before the said Opposite Party and the
// 2 // said Opposite Parties have not taken any decision as of now. 6.
Considering the submissions made, the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector, JajpurOpposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2022 under Annexure-6 series in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further, it is directed that in the event the petitioner is entitled to get the arrear salary, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of taking a decision on the representation of the petitioner. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
