This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 21.12.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

Heard.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners are in-laws of the informant. 5.

In view of such submission, Paragraphs-5, 6, 7 of the order dated 21.12.2022 be deleted and in its place the following paragraphs be inserted:-

"Considering the fact that the Petitioners are inlaws of the informant, this Court is inclined to protect the Petitioners by invoking jurisdiction under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court in seisin over the matter within two weeks hence and move an application for bail and in the event such application is filed, the same shall be allowed by the Court in seisin over the matter subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper."

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
