By filing this writ petition, it is alleged that there is no Order No.

commencement of re-adjudication process at the end of the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar dependant on an adjudication by the A.D.M.(Revenue),Jajpur in disposal of O.E.A. (B.B) Appeal No.02 of 2019 since 30.04.2021. This Court disposes of this writ petition observing provided there is no challenge to the order at Annexure-2 and stay operating, the Tahasildar, Vyasanagar should show outcome on the direction therein by completing his exercise and involving the parties likely to be affected. Exercise, if any, be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
