In this CRLMP, the petitioner has seeks a direction from this Court to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nilgiri (opposite party no.3) to dispose of CRLMC No.1 of 2022 under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time period. 4.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner innocuous nature of prayer, this Court directs the SubDivisional Magistrate, Nilgiri (opposite party no.3) to dispose of CRLMC No.1 of 2022 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the presentation of
