Undisputedly the dispute raised herein already involved in a notice issued by the Tahasildar, Kanas. Petitioners claiming to have not been noticed involving such proceeding, seek a direction from this Court to the Tahasildar for at least considering their representation at Annexure-3 series, running page-19 onwards. Learned counsel on his own submits that there is already disposal of the proceeding indicated in Annexure-2 series at page 12 of the brief. In this circumstances, this Court finds there is no scope for directing the Tahasildar, Kanas again to adjudicate the request of the petitioners. If the petitioners, so advised, they may challenge the ultimate outcome following the notice at Annexure-2, page 12 of the brief in appropriate forum. 3.
