Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.33415 of 2021 was disposed of by order dated 12.12.2022 but in 3rd line and in 4th line of paragraph-3, it has been wrongly mentioned as "Interlocutory Application Nos.1349 & 1350 of 2022" instead of "Interlocutory Application Nos.1692 & 1691 of 2022" instead of and "CRLA Nos.595 & 592 of 2022" instead of "CRLA Nos.591 & 614 of 2022" and in 2nd and 3rd line of paragraph4, it has been wrongly mentioned as "authority" instead of "Opposite Party No.2". Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that 3rd and 4th line of paragraph-3, it be mentioned as "Interlocutory Application Nos.1692 & 1691 of 2022" in place of "Interlocutory Application Nos.1349 & 1350 of 2022" and "CRLA Nos.591 & 614 of 2022" in place of "CRLA Nos.595 & 592 of 2022" and in 2nd and 3rd line of paragraph-4, it be mentioned as "Opposite Party No.2" in place of "authority", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
