Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that the wit application be admitted notice be issued to the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the opp. parties shall not be restrained from evicting the petitioner from the scheduled mentioned property and the same shall not be settled in his favour following due procedure of law if they fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the opp. parties may be restrained from evicting the petitioner from the scheduled mentioned property and the same may be settled in his favour following due procedure of law as a poor landless person; And any other writ/writs, order/orders and /or direction/directions be issued as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bond eve pray."

Considering the limited request involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of with an observation in the event there is no initiation of proceeding for eviction against
the petitioner, there should not be any eviction without following due process of law.
