This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner-wife for transfer of Mat. Civil Suit No.97 of 2021 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Titilagarh to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the Opposite Party.

On consent of the learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs that Mat. Civil Suit No.97 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Titilagarh be

// 2 // transferred to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Angul. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order.

However, the travel expenses, if claimed by the Petitioner -wife, and as determined by the Judge, Family Court, Angul for each date of appearance of the Petitioner-wife, the same shall be paid to her by the Opposite Party-husband. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
