Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to sanction and disburse the enhanced GIA under ORSP Rules at the rate extended by the Government by resolution dated 17.04.2018 and 07.03.2019 and also pay the current salary and revised DA arrear for the period from 01.07.2019 to 31.05.2020 within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-2 and direction be given to consider and dispose of the same within a stipulated time. 5.

In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
