Petitioner is unable to throw light as to the temple involved an entity coming under the jurisdiction of Endowment Commissioner or if it is a private deity absolutely being the personal property of the Petitioner, in absence of which this Court is unable to entertain the Writ Petition seeking direction to the Collector & District Magistrate, Khordha to dispose of any representation. This Court in rejecting the Writ Petition grants liberty to the Petitioner to find out other options available to him.
