This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of O.L.R. 8(A) Case No. 290 of 2002 stated to be pending before the Tahasildar, Khordha-Opposite Party No. 3. 3.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court required learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to the status of the O.L.R. Case. 4.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the aforesaid O.L.R. Case.

In view of the above, this Court taking into consideration that the matter is of the year 2002 and there is no legal impediment for its early disposal, directs the Tahasildar, Khordha-Opposite Party No. 3 to take a decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
