This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that Petitioner has been released on bail under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. 3.

Considering the submissions made, this Court observes since Petitioner has not availed the interim order granted by this Court on 21.12.2021, passed in I.A. No.1351 of 2021, the said interim order stands recalled and the matter is accordingly disposed of. However, a report be called for from the trial court and the same be placed on record.
