1. The Petitioner's representation dated 22nd November, 2022 (Annexure-12) shall be examined by the School & Mass Education Department, Govt. Of Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) and after issuing notice to them and giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later 3rd April, 2023. The said order shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a week thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.
