During course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner Order No.

brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has already a pending application for settlement of the disputed land, vide Annexure-5 before the Competent Authority. Keeping this in view, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar concerned to take a decision, as appropriate, involving Annexure-5 by completing the entire exercise within a period of three months but however keeping in view that if any land situated in the particular area is already settled in favour of anybody else, proof of which shall be furnished before the Tahasildar by the Petitioner along with copy of this order. In the event the Petitioner is still in possession of the disputed land, there may be status quo in respect of the
