Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the case diary.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Special Case No.153 of 2022, arising out of Singala P.S. Case No.135 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge under POCSO Act, Balasore for commission of offences punishable under Sections 363/365/34/ 376(2)(i)(n)/376(3), I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 6.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that although the petitioner was named in the F.I.R., after investigation final charge-sheet has been submitted wherein the name of the petitioner has not been indicated. Hence, there is no apprehension so far as the
// 2 // petitioner is concerned.

In such view of the matter, the bail application stands disposed.
