Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner in this CRLMP challenges the inaction of the police in carrying out fair and proper investigation into the F.I.R. vide Keonjhar Town P.S. Case No.203 of 2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of the IPC read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act against the accused.

Learned counsel for the State submits that now the case is pending before the jurisdictional court. 4.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the appropriate court by filing an

// 2 // appropriate application. In the event, such an application is filed, the said court is directed to consider the same in accordance with law.

The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
