This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 20.01.2022.

After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period till 25.04.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
